CONTEST: A Toast to Spencer - Rules and Further Information

Rules:

1) Every participant has to pay a small entry fee of 2€

2) You do not have to be European to enter the contest

3) One photo per participant

4) Photos must be .jpeg Format

5) The photos must be your own, please break no copyright rules

6) Entries must be sent via E-mail to info@spencerbellmemorial.eu

7) You do not have to be part of the picture (although you are more than welcome to)

8.) It is allowed to edit or/and “photoshop” the pictures (as in colors, refining little details…) but please let it still be visible that it is based on a photo!

9) Photos containing offensive content will not be allowed to enter the contest (please think of our younger audience)

10) Entries have to be mailed in until the 28th of May

11) Judges of this contest are not allowed to enter the contest (and if you are a judge for this contest you should know by now!)

Further Information:


Enter:

There are a few things that should be included in the E-mail you sent in
- The photo (.jpeg)
- (Your PayPal E-mail address )
- Your Name
- The country you are currently living in
- Maybe a few words about the picture you are sending in

The winner will be asked for his or her address, as soon as the judges have decided on who that winner is. So please make sure to send us the Entry Mail from a Mail Account that you check regularly and be aware of the fact that we will need your address for shipping purposes.


Payment:

With the Entry Fee you are supporting our plan to organize a Spencer Bell Legacy Concert in Europe. Since we are trying to raise money for that plan we decided on a small Fee of 2€

PayPal: If you want to enter the contest send us the picture first and include in your E-mail the PayPal information so that we can send you a Payment Request.

Other ways: If you do not have a PayPal account or you don’t want to use PayPal for this payment, please contact us at info@spencerbellmemorial.eu we can work out different ways. (And we are always more than happy to receive mails)


Currency:

Since this is an international contest we know that some of you may not usually pay in €. If you have any questions concerning how much you need to pay and how you can change it into the amount of 2€ and so forth, again please contact us under info@spencerbellmemorial.eu

9) Photos contenant des scènes violentes ou à caractère offensant seront refusées. ( S'il vous plaît, pensez à notre jeune public)

10) Les entrées doivent être envoyées avant le 28 mai.

11) Les juges ne sont pas autorisés à participer. ( et si vous êtes juges, vous le savez déjà en théorie!)

Nous contacterons le gagnant pour les détails de livraison, dès que les juges auront décidé du vainqueur. Alors, soyez sûre d'envoyer votre participation avec une adresse mail que vous utilisez régulièrement et sachez que nous aurons besoin de votre adresse pour vous faire parvenir votre prix.


Paiement:

Avec les frais d'inscriptions, vous nous aidez à financer l'organisation du concert dédié à Spencer en Europe. Puisque nous essayons de récolter de l'argent pour ce projet, nous vous demandons des frais d'inscriptions de 2€

PayPal: Si vous voulez participer au concours, envoyez nous une photo avec l'information PayPal pour nous puissions vous faire parvenir la requête de paiement.

Monnaie:

Puisque c'est un concours international, certains d'entre vous n'ont peut être pas l'habitude de payer en Euros. Si vous avez des questions, contactez nous à info@spencerbellmemorial.eu

Regeln:

1) Jeder Teilnehmer muss eine kleine Teilnahmegebühr von 2€ bezahlen

2) Ihr müsst nicht in Europa wohnen um am Wettbewerb teilzunehmen

3) Ein Bild pro Teilnehmer

4) Fotos müssen im .jpeg Format eingereicht werden

5) Die Fotos müssen euer Eigentum sein, bitte brecht keine Copyright Gesetze!

6) Einträge müssen via E-mail an info@spencerbellmemorial.eu gesendet werden

7) Ihr müsst nicht im Bild zu sehen sein (obwohl ihr natürlich herzlich dazu eingeladen seit!)

8.) Es ist gestattet das Bild zu bearbeiten und/oder zu "photoshoppen" (im Sinne von Farben, Kaschierungen....) aber bitte lasst es noch sichtbar sein, dass es sich dabei ursprünglich um ein Foto hielt!

9) Fotos die einen belidigenden oder anstößigen Inhalt enthalten werden nicht zu dem Wettbewerb zugelassen (Bitte denkt auch an unsere jüngeren Leser)

10) Einträge müssen bis zum 28. Mai eingereicht werden!

11) Jurymitgliedern dieses Wettbewerbes ist es nicht gestattet an dem Wettbewerb teilzunehmen (und wenn ihr ein Jurymitglied seid, dann solltet ihr es bis jetzt wissen!)

Es gibt ein paar Dinge die in der E-mail enthalten sein sollten

- Das Land in dem ihr zur Zeit lebt
- Vielleicht ein paar Worte über das Bild das ihr einsendet

Der Gewinner wird nach seiner oder ihrer Adresse gefragt sobald die Jury den Ersten PLatz gewählt hat. Also bitte denkt daran uns die Teilnahme E-mail von einem E-mail Konto zu senden welches ihr auch regelmäßig auf neue Nachrichten überprüft und seit Euch bitte darüber im Klaren das wir eure richtige Hausadresse benötigen werden um euch den Preis per Post zuschicken zu können.


Bezahlung der Teilnahmegebühr:

Mit der Teilnahmegebühr unterstützt ihr unseren Plan eine Spencer Bell Legacy Show in Europa zu organisieren. Da wir dabei sind Geld dafür zu sammeln haben wir uns dafür entschlossen eine kleine Teilnahmegebühr von 2€ zu erheben

PayPal: Wenn ihr an dem Wettbewerb teilnehmen wollt dann sendet uns bitte gleich das Bild ein und in der Mail dann wie oben schon erwähnt, dann bitte auch die E-mail Adresse für die PayPal Abrechnung mit einbringen, so dass wir euch eine Geld Anfrage senden können.

Andere Wege: Falls ihr kein PayPal Konto habt oder es einfach nicht dafür benutzen wollt, dann schreibt uns bitte eine Nachricht an info@spencerbellmemorial.eu wir werden mit Euch zusammen einen anderen Weg finden. (und wir sind immer mehr als glücklich darüber E-mails von Euch zu bekommen)

Währung:

Da das ganze ein Internationaler Wettbewerb ist wissen wir das einige von euch es vielleicht nicht gewohnt sind in €uro zu bezahlen.
